Planning Success in Lambeth
Markides Associates are pleased to hear of another success for one of our clients (Indigo Scott) who received planning permission from this month’s Lambeth planning committee for a residential development of 4 x four-bedroom family dwellings.
Whilst a relatively small development proposal, our transport planning team were successful in demonstrating that car parking demand generated by the dwellings could be accommodated on-street without materially impacting on existing stress levels. The planning permission was therefore not subject to what’s become a standard restriction of preventing residents from applying for parking permits, adding significant value to the properties.
Our infrastructure team also prepared a Sustainable Urban Drainage Strategy for the site which was accepted by officers.
