We worked alongside Network Rail to explore the potential to unlock land for redevelopment, while retaining rail access and parking requirements.
Our work included the appraisal of a range of potential land uses for each site, an examination of constraints, and a technical assessment of existing and potential access arrangements based on likely traffic flow.
We have since been appointed to carry those studies forwards at several stations including Northampton and Hampton, the latter of which may be subject to complex phasing to temporarily relocate the station carpark while improvements are being built out.
