MA provided Transport Assessment work, S278 infrastructure and highways design for this petrol filling station in North Yorkshire, with an M&S retail unit and a coffee outlet. The site was complex and went to appeal, where we were able to successfully defend the transport strategy for the applicant, and approval was granted, with work commencing on the site in 2022.
