Set in the rolling expanse of the Lincolnshire Wolds, the South Ormsby Estate is a cornerstone of forward-thinking farming practice. Markides supported the owners of the Estate with the feasibility and assessment for a range of options for development that sought to ensure the future self-sustainability of the Estate for its businesses and residents.
This included planning applications to improve older farmsteads for modern farming, expansion of the events businesses undertaken at the Estate, a new nursery; feasibility studies for new housing, product consolidation and manufacturing floorspace, and a heritage centre.
