Southall Park Avenue is located adjacent to the new Elizabeth Line station at Southall, between one of London’s largest Gurdwara’s and a busy development area on each side of the railway line. The proposals are for over 500 new affordable homes, delivered with Ealing Council and Paragon Asra, and community floorspace which may provide an NHS unit. The scheme also needed to deliver a coordinated approach to new public realm to support the new footbridge across the railway line into Merrick Road.

Our input included support for all transport access of the site layout design, working closely with landscape and architecture, liaison with a wide range of stakeholders, including Network Rail, TfL, neighbouring sites, and LBE Highways. Phasing of the site and changing construction access was discussed in detail with Hill Ltd as the Main Contractor, and phase 1 construction management matters were approved with our support.
