The Grade Listed London Pavilion sits central to Piccadilly Circus and was previously the home of exhibition space for Ripley’s Believe it or Not, and later Body Worlds.
We supported the successful application for the conversion of exhibition space to provide a new C3 tourist hostel for the Zedwell brand.
The application was approved in 2022, and has since been completed, delivering more than 900 bedspaces.
Our work was able to secure approval of the Waste Officer and demonstrated that access to and from the large new hotel would be sustainable and not pose a detriment to the local highway.
