We successfully advised on an assisted living site in Tunbridge Wells. Located on the site of a former bus station the proposals included approximately 100 residential units, guest suite, staff accommodation, with a dining & lounge facility, gym and treatment rooms.
MA successfully demonstrated that a proposed pick-up / drop-off facility onto the main road was safe despite concerns from the highway authority. Successfully demonstrating that the level of car parking was appropriate to serve the proposed development, staff (including contractors) and visitors.
The site was subsequently sold to another assisted living provider, with MA being retained to assist with discharge of conditions and S278/detailed highway design.
