We successfully advised Criterion Capital on proposals for 564 new homes in a 33-storey tower and two 24-storey blocks on the west side of the Greenwich Peninsula
This masterplan included ground floor retail and public realm, including a cycle strategy to coordinate with the Thames Path cycle route, and strategy for delivery, servicing and fire access which limited the need for vehicles to enter into the site and turn, which would have impacted on the level of amenity space the site could provide.
This also included a complex EIA considering construction phase impact across borough boundaries, and considerable negotiation and evidence base for TfL in respect of the bus access strategy.
