We provided all transport planning advice for the redevelopment of the former gasworks site in Epsom Town Centre. The development will include five blocks ranging from between 8-12 storeys in height. The redevelopment of the Laines Theatre also forms part of the proposals.
A key part of the proposals was a limited supply of car parking to ensure that landscaping and public space can be maximised.
