We worked with Inland Homes in close consultation with Broxbourne Borough Council and Hertfordshire County Council to transform the site with 1,725 new homes, business space and amenities including a new primary school.
The site along Delamare Road incorporates the former Tesco headquarters buildings. It is allocated within the Broxbourne Local Plan as a key site for development.
The masterplan will not only deliver much-needed new homes but also community facilities and infrastructure that will bring lasting benefits to the local area. The site is located immediately adjacent to Cheshunt Railway station providing good connectivity into central London
