We have been responsible for the development of this project from site promotion through to planning permission and are now undertaking the detailed design of extensive new highway upgrades and improvements.
We were responsible for preparing the integrated transport strategy for the development which includes boat and train services to the site in addition to new highways. The proposals were developed through discussions with the Planning and Highway Authorities as well as the LEP.
